Mnemo (“the App”) is a note-taking app designed with your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains how Mnemo handles your information.

Data Collection

Mnemo does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All notes, tasks, and content you create in the App are stored only on your device.

Specifically, Mnemo does not:

• Collect personal information
• Track your activity or usage
• Use analytics or tracking SDKs
• Share data with third parties
• Require an account, sign-in, or internet connection to function

Where Your Data Lives

All content you create — notes, lists, categories, and timestamps — is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up (for example, through Apple’s own iCloud or device backup features, which are controlled by Apple’s privacy policy, not Mnemo’s)
• Is not accessible to us, the developer, at any time
• Is deleted permanently when you delete the App, or when you delete the content within it

Third-Party Services

Mnemo does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. No data is sent to us or to any other company.

Children’s Privacy

Mnemo does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information at all.

Changes to This Policy

If Mnemo’s data practices change in the future (for example, if we introduce an optional sync feature), this Privacy Policy will be updated, and the App Store listing will reflect those changes before they take effect.
